Analytical Research Systems (ARS), Inc., a private Gainesville Florida corporation and Syngenta AG today announced the signing of a testing agreement between the two companies whereas Syngenta and ARS entered into a Joint Development and Evaluation Agreement dated September 15, 2008.  Terms of the agreement where not disclosed.
